Hi, great you now use paper carry out bags. But please only put 3 items in, a 3 doner kebab and a cheesy chips load caused my bag to tear and the food went all over the floor! The kebabs were saved by being wrapped in paper. RIP cheesy chips now scraped into the bin.

We have always gone to the ottoman for burgess and kebab, we have used the delivery service for about a year due to cov the last few times we order a kebab and asked for the salad to come separately as we do not like soggy bread, this was ok however the last three times we order we have been told to call back in half hour and the phone put down call again asked to call back in hour we gave up and got a pizza delivered we call tonight at 6.30 and got to order through just eat I re called as there was a problem with just eat the member of staff took my order he did not sound very happy doing this out food arrived not hot and my kebab was horrible I asked for extra white cabbage and for the salad to be separated on both my husband was separated mine was not it has to be the worst kebab I have ever had will not be going back we have been good customers of the ottoman we be going else where

Disappointed again, last time it was sauce not requested, this time well over an hour for food and no mint yogurt (requested) and onion (not requested) on the kebab. Add to that the loyalty point gained from countless orders that you can’t spend and timing countdown that doesn’t reflect an order. Won’t be ordering again because we are feed up of not receiving what we pay for. When it does arrive it’s cold with no salt on chips (as requested). Perhaps someone could read the order, if there is ever was a next time?
